We offer on-site, pickup or drop off repairs and services and quote you a full price before any repairs or services are provided. You will always know up front, in writing, what the total charge will be. If additional work or parts are required, we will get your approval before completing the repair.
If you drop off the system, basic diagnostics are free. If you choose to not have the repair or service performed there is no charge. (Free diagnostics covers approximately 1 hour of testing and / or investigation.)
